Ahodomo kinda sucked it with Ikoku, but how does their joint with EveTaku pan out?

Kinda need ending punctuation here, guys. A period will suffice.
lol
Group? Try “team”, as in “basketball team”. ._.

Wow. This isn’t a bad joint at all. Good job, guys. So, I guess this means it’s down to Hiryuu and Aho-Taku when it comes to the best group for the show.
Hiryuu: Two phrasing issues, one capitalization issue, one long-running (albeit often misunderstood) ownership issue
Aho-Taku: One phrasing issue, one non-standard English issue (not really taken into consideration of my grades), one punctuation issue, and two misspelled words.
The differences between the two are so minute that I guess it really doesn’t matter which one you pick. If I had to choose, I’d go with Hiryuu, simply because I find the misspellings to be more serious than the other issues, but you’d make a good choice going with either group.
Well hey, we took your advice and beefed up our QCing progress by about 9000%. Couple that with EveTaku’s QCing skills, which they do LIKE A BOSS, we got most of the kinks out.
Though I’m honestly surprised that TWO typos managed to slip by O_o
Thanks for the review :)
=)
Dark_Sage:
I still want that translation party before I decide whose version of this to watch… keep in mind Hatsuyuki is subbing it now too…
Some of the differences on ji-hi made me put off watching this until I find out more info on who has a good translation and at least decent editing.
So far I’m leaning towards Hiryuu, but the way they tl’d a couple of lines in the first ep featured on ji-hi seemed weird to me. So now I’m wondering if I should watch Aho-Taku’s (assuming they ever v2’d the first ep), or Hatsuyuki.
The two lines were the ones other groups translated to mention an honorific like the “don’t use -san” and “don’t use -kun” ones if I’m remembering right.
I did however like how they did some of the other lines more… and they got that line about the bra right while others didn’t…
Oh also… did you review Shikkaku’s version? Was wondering if theirs was worth watching also…
Aho-Taku released a v2 of ep1 about a week ago. (scene bleeds + aegi triple line fail were fixed, among other minor things)
