Review
Nice spacing.
Dat border.
I already went over this. vicious, wild -> vicious wild
Fine typesetting.
The kara’s fine. It should be “I am an 11-year-old fifth grader” though. Quite a lot of derp in the line they have.

Watchability: Watchable.

This review took me like 5 minutes to write. The release passes along with EveTaku’s and CMS’s. Any of these releases will suffice for this show. Can I be done yet with this anime now?
This release was actually their v3. Their v1 was the heart of the starfish, and their v2 had missing glyphs in their Japanese font (http://i.imgur.com/8rzSX.png – the 字 in boxes are placeholder glyphs for non-existent characters in the font).
Actually, what you assume was the v2 release, was the 8-bit release that wasn’t encoded, it was muxed with the MP4 raw, the release that Dark_Sage reviewed is the encoded 10-bit version of the release encoded by Shawn
Still sounds like a v3 to me.
But you really should be wondering why you needed to v2 a 3 minute show at all.
Mainly because the encoder forgot to mux the fonts and some lines in the ED song needed to be fixed. The only person who likes Starfish in any release is Fuuko-chan.
Time for some kawaii as fuck Kokoro Connect.
Don’t forget that all of Hybrid’s releases (v1, v2, and v3) are re-encoded crappy quality AT-X raws, featuring over-sharpening, haloing, and less details.
