This is where Commie’s script gave itself away as a CR edit. Use “Some DVDs.”

Once again, “sly” is, well, a good word, but not one I would settle on. The better translation for azatoi kurai no kawaisa is “pandering cuteness” as in “all that cuteness is pandering to sweaty, pedophilic otakus.” If you can read moon this link will explain more.

They used “pigtailed” instead of “twintailed.” I laughed.

 

 

Other Observations

Ah, so that’s why Commie got confused with where to place that “Art by: Ishida Akira” typeset, since their release didn’t contain that ending card.

 

Final Grade: A-

It’s a good script with a few minor bumps along the way. I can see why most other groups didn’t bother going with an entirely original translation when Fate/Zero aired. So we basically have a three-way tie between UTW, Horriblesubs and Commie (if you discount the fact that it’s a CR edit). Now it only comes down to whether you prefer honorfics or not, and if you like to see typesetting and karas in your sub.
