  • Patema Inverted reviews
    • Some dipshit on MAL said it was about the Holocaust, so I thought it’d be the perfect Christmas anime for reviews. Unfortunately, it wasn’t, but I already watched the thing so you’re gonna get some posts on it.

    • A post for all you who like to live vicariously. There are significantly more BDs and figures than last year, but not much else has changed.

Going forward:

For reviews… consider Fall 2014 over and done. Doesn’t mean I won’t still review any Fall 2014 subs, but they’re not exactly top of my priority list. Winter 2015 is, however.

I should have some more bandwidth for Winter 2015 as I’m taking the entire month off for job hunting. So while I do intend to treat that as a full-time job, it also means I won’t exactly be working from 7 AM to midnight on Fridays anymore.

  8. I was about to report that review… but the next sentence right after that paragraph is “No, not really. That plot synopsis is pretty close though.”

    It’s still somewhat misleading, but one more sentence needed to be read through :)

    • Yeah, but I didn’t read the full review until after I watched the film. Legitimately, I went through it expecting it to be about Nazi Germany.

      If I had any shame, lemme tell you, I would’ve felt pretty damn stupid.
