I’m probably gonna love the first six episodes of this, but I will likely get bored in the long run. I wonder if KyoAni eventually plans on doing something interesting.

No, sometimes I just edit shows to teach my lessers a lesson. This is one of those cases. My Hyobu Unlimited -Unlimited- releases are also to show editors how to make a real joke script because no one has ever done it well, ever.

Not sure what that proves other than some scripts are beyond even gods. (For those of you not in the know, what RHE’s second-in-command just linked to was Dark_Sage’s brief venture with Hadena leader Arashi as the only TL for the project, with Dark_Sage as the only editor. Apparently I can’t edit when half the script is missing; who knew?)

What, Tamako? I’m not doing it for Whine-Subs. Whether the show gets dropped or not, that’s up to GotWoot. And they have a pretty good rep for not dropping shit. The only hyping for it you’ll see is if people directly bring it up in the comments.
I’m not gonna make a post that says “Dark_Sage is temporarily in a group to sub Tamako Market” because fuck that. If I mention it in a post it will be to disclose a potential bias I have while reviewing other releases/creating a TL Party. And if I feel I’m too biased I’ll beg a friend to help me out like Xythar or something.
You appear to be misunderstood. Your concerns about “another Arcana” should be directed at Hyobu, which is something I am responsible for as group lead. But that show will not be dropped this season because I built enough safeguards in to not let it happen.

The animation patters and style reminds me a lot of hyouka. I wonder if they plan to animate more in that style (the way the characters move) in the future or if this is more of a test to see if they like it. Chuunibyou for example did not use the same sort of style used in hyouka so I find it a bit surprising they are bringing it back.

it’s all started with K-On yo (K-On S1/S2 > Haruhi S2 > that hyouka shit > this shit). And like or hate that show, it’s blu-ray version was of great quality. Not Eva-rebuild-reference quality, but still p. great.
