This will be quite different from the regular Whine-Subs releases. I think you’ll technically understand the show with this release, but I suggest you try the regular version first. This is aimed at those with more advanced power levels who can handle layers of plot complexity.

In an effort to bring the crew together, Hyobu plans a mission for the team and ends up meeting with his old fashion rival — Carlo Martini. And it turns out that Andy’s actually a Mahou Shoujo. Holy fucking retcon, Batman!

In the Regular version, why does’t the subtitle text match the news text at 20:16?
And the text on the page at 15:05 seems to have some errors too. For example:”kills indifferently as dislike someone is ESP or not.”
I tried to match it. But I am not gonna Engrish up my scripts to the point of gibberish.
The best thing is that the joke subs are more in character for ZKC’s Hyoubu Kyousuke than the regular track.

hope you guys can keep up with the release though, translating is one thing but making up a clever joke and still in context is harder.

Yes, you transcribed the original English OP lyrics right. What I meant was that although the creators wrote halfwitted OP lyrics, and I suspect that you translated the original Japanese ED lyrics cogently, I wished that the ED would be spoofed in the second/Unlimited subs track like you did for the rest of the show.
In fact, your joke track is so hilarious while still conveying the basic plot, that I’m watching the rest series with just your joke subs rather than dropping the show like I otherwise would have. Spoofing the ED track would just be icing on the cake.

Just wondering because normal I extract them and convert to Vita format/quality with hardsubs so I can watch it during downtime at work, first time I’ve come across two sub tracks, both seemed the same as far as I could tell.

The idea came from a Youtube video I watched that provided a script. Of course, I modified it a bunch to fit what I wanted, but the basic idea is going to be the same. Searching for “Aegisub translation effects” will find it for you with a mediafire link to a script which you can mess with as well.
