Uhh, it’s more for nostalgia than anything. Sailor Moon did a lot of cool things when it hit, but it’s not exactly a must-watch show now.
I just figure anything he puts under 6 is not worth watching for anyone, and anything above 10 is trolling.
Except for SAO2 which is definitely worth its ∞ rating.

If you watch it once every episode, you’ll probably have puzzled together the lyrics by the time the OP changes. It’s a fun puzzle!

Why is Jinsei a 7? It’s terrible. Zero redeemable qualities.
I’ll never understand why you like bad slice-of-life like Soul Eater NOT and Jinsei, yet hate good ones like Non Non Biyori.
I’m fine with slice of life, but loli slice of life mostly makes me want to burn down a Japanese elementary school. They’re so fucking annoying.

SNAFU, Sket Dance, Medaka Box, Love Lab, and Gintma are some examples of shows that share the same concept. All of em’ better than Jinsei.
Only SKET Dance and Gintama are good in that list though.
Love Lab had a few good moments here and there. Medaka Box Abnormal ep12 was great. SNAFU is a top 10 show of the 2010s and if you don’t think so get better taste?

Only when the BDs will come out you’ll know whether it’s worth it or not. So far, despite the censoring, it’s still decent.
